Fever is a rise in normal body temperature and occurs mostly in every individual. Fever is a symptom of any illness or results from the reaction of the body to infections or any foreign bacteria, virus, etc. Usually, fever is not a concern but the treatment of underlying disease is necessary. However, in case of high fever, it is mandatory to lower down the body temperature. Ayurveda offers many herbal formulations useful in every type of fever. Here in this article, we are going to discuss one of the ayurvedic formulations - Maha Sudarshan kwath.

Contraindications

• Overdose will lead to stomach pain.
• Use under medical advice during pregnancy also.
• This syrup may have minor side effects on overdose so it is better to take this medicine under the physician's advice.
